§ 66-118d — Same; precedence of action for review

Kansas·Ch. 66 PUBLIC UTILITIES·Art. 1 POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION
Any action for review commenced pursuant to K.S.A. 66-118c and amendments thereto shall have precedence in any court in which it is pending.
