§ 66-117a — State intervention as party to certain rate hearings

Kansas·Ch. 66 PUBLIC UTILITIES·Art. 1 POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION
The secretary of administration may intervene on behalf of the state of Kansas as a party to any rate hearing conducted by the state corporation commission in which the state of Kansas would be affected as a consumer by a proposed change in the rates considered at such hearing.
