§ 66-1,215 — Common carriers; definitions
As used in this act:
(a)"Common carrier" means any common carrier, as defined in K.S.A. 66-105 and 66-1,110, and amendments thereto, except any radio common carrier.
(b)"Commission" means the state corporation commission.
