Text
(a)The state corporation commission shall have such jurisdiction as is required to provide compliance with and carry out the requirements of the provisions of the federal natural gas policy act of 1978 and the provisions of the public utility regulatory policies act of 1978 and with the rules and regulations adopted by federal agencies pursuant to such acts, and the state corporation commission shall adopt such rules and regulations deemed necessary for such purpose including those needed for the establishment of necessary fees.
(b)The state corporation commission may apply for, receive and disburse any federal funds made available to state regulatory agencies to provide compliance with such acts.
