Kan. Stat. Ann. § 66-1,165 (2026).
Text
Any action for review pursuant to K.S.A. 66-1,164 and amendments thereto shall have precedence over all other hearings and shall be heard not later than the first term of court after the action is commenced and the court shall decide all such actions within 60 days after being docketed in such court.
