Text

Any action of the commission pursuant to K.S.A. 66-1,163, and amendments thereto, is subject to review by the supreme court in accordance with the Kansas judicial review act. The supreme court, in its discretion, may require the appellant to file an appeal bond, conditioned on payment of all court costs incurred incidental to such appeal.
