Text
The superintendent of the Kansas highway patrol and the commission are hereby authorized and empowered to enter into any contracts or agreements with the relevant federal agency that are appropriate to allow qualified investigators of the commission and officers of the highway patrol to conduct investigations necessary for the relevant federal authority to issue a safety fitness rating.
