§ 66-1,131 — Duty of sheriffs, peace officers and county attorneys

Kansas·Ch. 66 PUBLIC UTILITIES·Art. 1 POWERS OF STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION
It shall be the duty of the sheriffs or other peace officers of any county or of this state to make arrests, and the county attorneys to prosecute all violations of the provisions of this act.
