Text

The corporation commission shall prescribe forms of applications for certificates, permits and licenses for the use of prospective applicants and shall make regulations for the filing thereof. The commission may use a presiding officer from the office of administrative hearings as a presiding officer for any hearing that may be required concerning any application for a certificate or license and the presiding officer shall make written findings and recommendations to the commission.
