Text
The secretary of health and environment is hereby directed and empowered to inspect or cause to be inspected the places mentioned in K.S.A. 65-172, or any amendments thereto, and to make such rules and regulations as are necessary to safeguard the public health and to prevent the spread of contagious or infectious diseases; and any person violating any such rules or regulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50) nor less than five dollars ($5).
