§ 65-172 — Sanitary supervision by secretary of health and environment
In the interest of the public health, and to prevent the spread of contagious and infectious diseases, the secretary of health and environment is charged with the sanitary supervision of all barber shops, barber schools, public bathhouses and public bathrooms in the state.
