§ 58-9a-803 — Application to trust or estate

Kansas·Ch. 58 PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY·Art. 9a UNIFORM FIDUCIARY INCOME AND PRINCIPAL ACT

This act applies to a trust or estate existing or created on or after July 1, 2021, except as otherwise expressly provided in the terms of the trust or this act.
