§ 58-4707 — Requirements for nonresident applicants; investigation

Kansas·Ch. 58 PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY·Art. 47 KANSAS APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY REGISTRATION ACT
(a)Prior to the issuance of a registration to a nonresident applicant, the applicant must agree in writing to abide by all provisions of this act with respect to the applicant's appraisal management activities within this state and submit to the jurisdiction of the board and the state in all matters relating thereto. Such agreement shall be filed with the board and shall remain in force for so long as the nonresident is registered by this state and thereafter with respect to acts or omissions committed while registered as a nonresident.
(b)The board may investigate the actions of a nonresident registrant and, pursuant to the Kansas administrative procedures act, may revoke, condition, limit, suspend, censure or nonrenew the registration of the nonresident registrant for disciplinary acti
