§ 58-4604 — Duty of good faith
Kansas·Ch. 58 PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY·Art. 46 KANSAS UNIFORM COMMON INTEREST OWNERS BILL OF RIGHTS ACT
(a)Every contract or duty governed by this act imposes an obligation of good faith in its performance or enforcement.
(b)This section shall take effect on and after January 1, 2011.
