§ 58-3801 — Creation of solar easements; recordation

Kansas·Ch. 58 PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY·Art. 38 EASEMENTS

Any easement obtained for the purpose of exposure of a solar energy device shall be created in writing. The instrument containing such easement shall be recorded with the register of deeds of the county within which the property affected by such easement is situated.
