§ 58-3704 — Townhouse units

Kansas·Ch. 58 PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY·Art. 37 TOWNHOUSE OWNERSHIP ACT

Each townhouse unit, together with all rights appurtenant thereto, shall for all purposes constitute real property.
