Text

(a)If the commission has not authorized another broker to act as the supervising broker or branch broker, all advertising under the supervising broker's or branch broker's name or trade name, including, but not limited to, signage, must be removed or covered within five calendar days after the expiration date or date of deactivation of the supervising broker's or branch broker's license or the effective date of the order of suspension, deactivation or revocation.
(b)The provisions of this section shall be a part of and supplemental to the Kansas real estate brokers' and salespersons' license act.
