§ 58-3064 — Injunction to enforce law
Whenever any person has engaged in any act or practice that constitutes a violation of this act or rules and regulations adopted hereunder or the brokerage relationships in real estate transactions act or rules and regulations adopted thereunder, the commission may institute an action in the district court of the county in which the person resides or in the district court in the county in which such act or practice occurred for an injunction to enforce compliance with the act or rules and regulations. The commission shall not be required to give any bond or pay any filing fee for initiating such action. Upon a showing that the person has engaged in any act or practice in violation of the act or rules and regulations, the court may enjoin all such acts or practices and may make any orders n
