§ 58-2810 — Unlawful for county officers to prevent use of records

Kansas·Ch. 58 PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY·Art. 28 EXAMINATION, REGISTRATION, LICENSING AND BONDING OF ABSTRACTERS

Any county officer who prevents or prohibits any person who has complied with the provisions of this act from a proper use of the records of the office of the county officer as provided in K.S.A. 58-2804, and amendments thereto, shall be deemed guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
