§ 58-2809 — Violations by licensees unlawful
Kansas·Ch. 58 PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY·Art. 28 EXAMINATION, REGISTRATION, LICENSING AND BONDING OF ABSTRACTERS
Any licensee who violates any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
