§ 58-2512 — Same; re-entry upon violation of K.S.A. 58-2511

Kansas·Ch. 58 PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY·Art. 25 LANDLORDS AND TENANTS
If any tenant shall violate the provisions of the preceding section, the landlord or person holding under the landlord, after giving ten days' notice to quit possession, shall have a right to re-enter the premises and take possession thereof and dispossess the tenant, subtenant or undertenant.
