§ 58-25,100 — Title of Act

Kansas·Ch. 58 PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY·Art. 25 LANDLORDS AND TENANTS
K.S.A. 58-25,100 through 58-25,126 shall be known and may be cited as the mobile home parks residential landlord and tenant act and shall govern mobile home parks residential landlord and tenant actions on and after January 1, 1993.
