Text

All instruments or wills creating trusts under the provisions of this act shall permit the collection of fees and charges for the purpose of providing for the establishment of reserve funds for the payment of operating, maintenance and depreciation costs and any outstanding obligations which may be incurred in the performance of the functions for which such trust has been created.
