Laws 1915, chapter 252, included by reference. [Act applied to defective releases and assignments recorded at least five years before the taking effect of the act; provided that if an action be not commenced within one year from the taking effect of the act, mortgagee, assignee or holder of such mortgage should be forever barred from bringing action to set aside such instrument.]
