Text

It shall be unlawful for any person to remove any building, outhouse or shed off from any real property upon which there is an unsatisfied mortgage properly recorded in the office of the register of deeds in the county where such real property is situate, without first obtaining from the mortgagee, his or her agent or assign, written permission for such removal.
