§ 58-2266 — Same; definitions

Kansas·Ch. 58 PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY·Art. 22 CONVEYANCES OF LAND

Whenever the words mortgagee, vendor, lender or holder are used herein, it [they] shall also mean all agents, officers, employees, representatives or assigns of said mortgagee, vendor, lender or holder.
