§ 58-2249 — Protection of bona fide purchasers of Indian land

The act of 1881 amended and repealed section 1 of the act of 1874. The essential provision was that the census roll and the allotment roll of any tribe of Indians, except as to certain lands in Johnson county, made in pursuance of any treaty between the United States and any tribe of Indians, be received in evidence in all courts in this state.]
