Laws 1881, chapter 112, section 1, and Laws 1874, chapter 79, sections 2 and 3, included by reference. [The act of 1874 was entitled "An Act to protect the bona fide purchasers of Indian lands." The act of 1881 amended and repealed section 1 of the act of 1874. The essential provision was that the census roll and the allotment roll of any tribe of Indians, except as to certain lands in Johnson county, made in pursuance of any treaty between the United States and any tribe of Indians, be received in evidence in all courts in this state.]
