§ 58-2234 — Validation of acknowledgments made by register of deeds

Kansas·Ch. 58 PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY·Art. 22 CONVEYANCES OF LAND
All acknowledgments of deeds and other instruments of writing, for record in this state, which have already been taken by registers of deeds, with or without an impression of an official seal, are hereby recognized, confirmed, and made valid.
