§ 58-20a07 — Limitation of use on maps and documents

Kansas·Ch. 58 PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY·Art. 20a STATE PLANE COORDINATE SYSTEM

The use of the term Kansas plane coordinate system on any map, report of survey, or other document shall be limited to coordinates based on the Kansas plane coordinate system.
