§ 58-20a05 — Tracts in more than one zone

Kansas·Ch. 58 PERSONAL AND REAL PROPERTY·Art. 20a STATE PLANE COORDINATE SYSTEM
When any tract of land to be defined by a single description extends from one zone into other adjacent zones, the position of all points on its boundaries shall be referred exclusively to only one of the multiple zones, the zone that is used shall be specified in the description.
