Text
(a)The secretary of the state historical society shall:
(1)Adopt rules and regulations fixing fees for the filing of documents under K.S.A. 58-2011, and amendments thereto, and the providing of information and services therefrom in an amount necessary to pay the cost of administering the provisions of this act; and
(2)adopt such other rules and regulations as necessary to implement the provisions of this act.
(b)The rules and regulations of the secretary of state relating to land surveys, land survey reference reports and filing fees for such reference reports in existence on the effective date of this act shall continue to be effective and shall be deemed to be the rules and regulations of the secretary of the state historical society until revised, amended, repealed or nullified purs
