It is hereby declared to be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to buy from or sell to any person, firm or corporation crude oil or petroleum produced from any oil well or wells in this state in violation of any order, judgment or decree of courts of competent jurisdiction, or of any order, rule or regulation of any body or agency authorized by law to conserve and regulate the production of crude oil or petroleum, or to take or produce crude oil or petroleum from any oil well or wells owned or operated by himself or herself or others in violation of any order, judgment or decree of courts of competent jurisdiction, or of any order, rule or regulation of any body or agency authorized by law to conserve and regulate the production of crude oil or petroleum.
