§ 55-1,105 — Rules and regulations
(a)The commission may adopt such rules and regulations as the commission determines necessary to improve access to gas gathering services or to improve market competition or protect the public interest in such services.
(b)This section shall take effect and be in force on and after July 1, 1997.
