Text
If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, provision, clause or phrase of this act shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, it shall be presumed that this act would have been passed by the legislature without such invalid section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, provision, clause or phrase, and such decision shall not in any way affect the remainder of this act.
