§ 55-607 — Penalty for violations of K.S.A. 55-601 through 55-609

Kansas·Ch. 55 OIL AND GAS·Art. 6 CRUDE OIL OR PETROLEUM; PRODUCTION AND SALE
In addition to any penalty that may be imposed by the corporation commission, any person, firm or corporation, or any officer, agent or employee thereof, directly or indirectly, violating the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof in a court of competent jurisdiction shall be punished by a fine in any sum not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000), or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed thirty (30) days, or by both fine and imprisonment.
