Text

Every vehicle used in transporting motor fuels subject to the provisions of this act shall be marked in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the secretary of revenue. The secretary of revenue shall adopt and enforce rules and regulations for the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this article. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, all determinations of weight, measure or volume of any vehicle tank used in the transportation of motor fuels shall be made in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 83-201 et seq., and amendments thereto, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
