Text
The commission shall investigate abandoned wells, and, based on actual or potential pollution problems, may select abandoned wells to be drilled out by the commission in order to test the integrity of the plugs. The cost of such testing shall be paid from the abandoned oil and gas well fund established pursuant to K.S.A. 55-192, and amendments thereto.
