Text
Operators shall notify the commission prior to setting surface casing on or plugging of any well, in conformance with the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this act. An agent of the commission may conduct on-site inspection of such drilling or plugging operations. Failure to notify shall be a class C misdemeanor.
