Text
(a)Any carrier transporting on any street or highway of this state any oil or gas field equipment or any crude petroleum oil or any sediment, water or brine produced in association with the production of oil or gas shall be considered to have consented, as a condition of certification, to inspection of the equipment or material being transported when requested by any federal, state, county or city law enforcement officer.
(b)Failure to permit inspection of equipment or materials being transported when required by this section is a class B misdemeanor.
