§ 55-1007 — Same; injunctions, when

Kansas·Ch. 55 OIL AND GAS·Art. 10 DISPOSAL OF BRINES AND MINERALIZED WATERS
The attorney general or county attorney shall, at all times, have the power to enjoin any party from maintaining a disposal well if it shall appear that such party has violated the provisions of K.S.A. 55-1005.
