§ 54-109 — Secretary of state and assistant authorized to administer oaths and authenticate same with seal
The secretary of state and the assistant secretary of state are hereby authorized and empowered to administer oaths pertaining to all matters wherein an oath is required, and to attest the same with seal of the secretary of state.
