Text

The consumer credit commissioner is hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of K.S.A. 50-701 to 50-720, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and for such purpose is hereby authorized to adopt such rules and regulations as may be necessary for the proper administration and enforcement of the provisions of such sections of this act.
