§ 50-1,104 — Same; severability

Kansas·Ch. 50 UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION·Art. 1 RESTRAINT OF TRADE
If any provision of K.S.A. 50-1,100 through 50-1,105 or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the validity of such provision to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
