§ 50-720 — Penalties

Kansas·Ch. 50 UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION·Art. 7 FAIR CREDIT REPORTING
Any person violating any of the provisions of K.S.A. 50-701 to 50-719, inclusive, and amendments thereto, for which penalties are not otherwise hereinbefore provided shall be deemed guilty of a class C misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished in the manner provided by law.
