§ 50-718 — Obtaining information under false pretenses

Kansas·Ch. 50 UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION·Art. 7 FAIR CREDIT REPORTING
Any person who knowingly and willfully obtains information on a consumer from a consumer reporting agency under false pretenses is guilty of a severity level 7, person felony and upon conviction shall be punished in the manner provided by law.
