Text

In any action brought by the state to enforce the provisions of this act the state shall be entitled to recover the costs of investigation, expert witness fees, costs of the action and reasonable attorney fees. Recovery of such costs and fees shall be remitted to the state agency or agencies who initiated and brought such action.
