§ 50-674 — Where law enforced

Kansas·Ch. 50 UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION·Art. 6 CONSUMER PROTECTION
For the purposes of enforcement under K.S.A. 50-671 through 50-674, any telemarketing sale shall be considered to have taken place in the state where the consumer is located, regardless of the location of the telemarketer.
