Text
(a)A vehicle dealer, as defined in K.S.A. 8-2401, and amendments thereto, shall not knowingly or intentionally fail to disclose in any solicitation or advertisement offering a motor vehicle for sale, lease or rental, the fact that such motor vehicle is being offered for sale, lease or rental by a vehicle dealer.
(b)Violation of this section shall be deemed a deceptive act and practice as defined by K.S.A. 50-626, and amendments thereto.
(c)This section shall be a part of and supplemental to the Kansas consumer protection act.
