Text
The jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of K.S.A. 50-662 and amendments thereto shall be under the provisions of the consumer protection act, except as it applies to an insurer. Failure to provide the disclosures required by K.S.A. 50-662 and amendments thereto is a deceptive act or practice under the Kansas consumer protection act.
