Text

(a)If the purchase of a motor vehicle is not voided under subsection (a) of K.S.A. 50-648, the consumer may recover in a private right of action the civil penalties in K.S.A. 50-651.
(b)The consumer may recover reasonable attorney fees if the consumer prevails in an action against the supplier under this section.
